Our Promise

Our customers know all about our awesome customer service, but if you haven’t heard yet, we created this page to tell you all about it. It’ll take about 10 minutes to read this page, or just scroll to the bottom for a TL;DR.

We are family owned and have no investors, of course we are here to make money but we also care about the product we provide. We know our industry inside out, back to front. If you are new to an area, postal staff and dog walkers are the clued up people to ask, consider us the dog walkers of web.

We don’t sell your details – ever. We’ve never also bought information. Our customers find us, or are referred to us by current customers. We have never, nor will ever, send any unsolicited contact to gain new sales.

Here are some of the way we try not to be annoying, and provide the best possible service we can;

  • We are easily contacted, on a wide variety of channels
  • All communication is made with people who can help
  • We do not penalise existing customers by hiking fees or compromising on support
  • Always our best price – never a Black Friday sale or special offer as all projects are at the best price we can
  • Common point of contact throughout the project
  • UK based (exciting news about this coming soon), but work across many timezones to ensure availability
  • No blank cheques, we always provide a fixed fee quote. If we take less time than expected, we only charge for the time we used
  • Speak in clear understandable language, we appreciate tech can be confusing
  • Always ready to learn. Every now and again someone asks for something we have never done before, we learn on our own time and only charge for the actual project.

Our company owner was born and raised in Yorkshire, England. A region famed for hard working, honest folk. This mentality is core to our business and shows in our work.

Before starting this business, he worked for other agencies who;

  • Contracted out most of their projects
  • Employed non technical project managers, getting between customers and those actually doing the job
  • Created a quote then doubled it for luck
  • Had non present owners, spending their dividends on holidays
  • Sat on queries for days on end

We made a promise to be different – to be how business should be.

Why?

Because bullshit is annoying, Because being ripped off is frustrating. Because not getting answers is down right rude.

We are just good people who do business the way we wished everyone would do business. Treat people how you want to be treated yourself, that kind of thing.

If you are wanting to work with some city centre hipster (or pick-me’s as the young’uns call it these days) agency, with fancy smoked glass partition walls driving flashy company cars, take your pick, there are lots to choose from. We are based in the UK countryside, focussed on the work we produce rather than how we look whilst doing it.

During and after the project, we are always here for you. However you choose to contact us, you will always talk with someone who can answer your questions.

Clear, honest and concise
Our industry can be very confusing. We will never baffle you with jargon and we will never spout bullshit to make things sound technical. We will provide guidance to make sure the project is a success and even help create to achieve the end result you need.

Money won’t break our commitments
We are a family run business with no investors or shareholders solely focussed on profit. As a company we are debt-free and can survive as a business for over three years if we never had another sale. Our reputation is the keystone to our success. Our prices are always the best we can give. We have the luxury of focussing on our clients and our projects, and not on chasing ever increasing profit margins.

Existing customers are looked after
New customer only pricing, introductory offers trebling after the initial period is up, hourly rate doubling after you are invested in our products. We will NEVER DO ANY OF THAT. We appreciate our customers, without them we wouldn’t be here. We thank you for choosing us and promise to look after you.
