No Nonsense Jobs website requirements were far from standard, which was mostly the reason why most agencies decided that the project wasn’t for them. For us however, websites like this are our bread and butter.
The website isn’t just a job board, there is an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) allowing job owners to view job applications, progress candidates through stages of application and finally award the job to the successful candidate.
Candidates also have their own admin area. They can view their job applications, update their info, favourite jobs, compare jobs to their own skills and experience and much more.
The project involved a full website design and all development to WCAG 2 standard (meaning it is accessible to users regardless of ability or technology used).
Whilst the website features an intuitive back end management interface for site admins, candidates and clients stay focussed on the front end for a fully branded experience.

No Nonsense Jobs is about quality of data. recruiters and candidates have a wealth of data available, meaning no nasty surprises or guess work.
The job search page is no different, the advanced search brings a total of 32 search filters available allowing candidates to find exactly the job they are looking for.
MAP VIEW WITH DRIVING DISTANCES
Wanting to find a job 30 minutes drive away is usually difficult, as other job websites provide ‘as the crow flies’ distances. No Nonsense Jobs wanted distances to be calculated in driving distance down to the metre.
FULL JOB MANAGEMENT
Job owners/recruiters can add, schedule, remove and edit jobs all via an intuitive interface.
TOOLTIPS FOR LEARNING
No assuming, no complicated learning period. The website features a tooltip system providing quick and easy knowledge throughout the website.
FULL CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
You don’t want to keep coming to your developers to make content changes. No Nonsense Jobs website features a full CMS allowing them to manage site content, blog, images, files, video…
