Our new Bullhorn Mobile App for iOS and Android has launched, providing recruitment companies a cost effective and feature rich mobile app for their candidates and clients.

The app provides functionality for two main user sets, candidates and/or clients.

Bullhorn Mobile App – Candidate View

Candidates can sign up and view a list of your jobs, up to date from your Bullhorn job data. They can choose to receive notifications straight to their device when a new job is added to ensure they don’t miss out on any jobs.

Candidate applications made via the mobile app are saved in Bullhorn as a job submission in real time. The candidate can then view their application progress directly in the app.

In addition to Bullhorn held job information, candidates can also manage their own profile, updating their data when necessary, with all changes saving directly in to Bullhorn, again in real time.

Bullhorn Mobile App – Client View

The client side of our Bullhorn mobile app allows clients to view the progress of their jobs. It is up to the recruiter how much information the client is able to view, starting from a high level overview such as “15 candidates have applied to this role” down to full detail of each candidate and even selecting which candidates to invite to interview.
